Ribbon blender is a “ U” shaped vessel with flat cover section on top and discharge valve at the bottom. It is used for uniform, homogenous and quick mixing of powders and semi-wet material of different densities. The ribbons of the shell are designed in such way that the inner helix of the ribbons moves the material in one direction and the outer helix of the ribbon moves the material in opposite direction. The ribbon blender wouldalso have an oil mixing arrangement.
The Ribbon blender ranges from 125 litre volume to 10000 litre volume depending on the customer's requirement.
