The Ribbon Blender cum Roaster is “ U ” shaped vessel used for mixing and roasting of powders and semi-wet material. The Heating can be achieved by using Oil immersed electrical heaters with special purpose heating oil as a medium or using LPG/CNG gas with hot air circulation generated in the heating jacket. The heating temperature is controlled through Digital Temperature controller. The capacity of the roaster ranges from 125 litre to 4000 litre.

The Rotary Drum Roaster is used to roast various types of materials like coriander, fennel (saunf), chilly, fenugreek seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon leaf, cumin, sesame, wheat, etc.It is a batch type machine. The heating can be achieved through electric heaters or CNG/LPG gas burner (depending on the customer’s requirement). The capacity of the roaster ranges from 125 litre to 1500 litre.
